Return & Exchange Policy

By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.

1.No-Return PolicyDue to the uniqueness and personalised nature of customised rings, all customised orders will not be returned, exchanged or cancelled without reason, with the exception of the following ‘Exceptions’, including but not limited to:Personalised engraving/pattern/date (e.g. name, anniversary, fingerprint, etc.)

2.Special size customisation (e.g. ring number, knuckle width adjustment)Exclusive combination of materials/colours (e.g. rose gold + meteorite pattern, two-colour mix and match, etc.)Exceptions and solutionsOnly the following cases can apply for Free remake or repair (still not returnable for refund):Quality issues:Submit within 48 hours after receiving the goods HD video evidence to prove the existence:

✅ Main stone detached/cracked

✅ Broken metal welding

✅ Serious size error (≥ 1 ring size difference from the order size)Sending the wrong item:

We mistakenly send non-customised model goods (such as stock ring), we can return and remake unconditionally.

3.Refund PolicyAfter payment for customised order:If the production has not yet started, you can apply for an 85% refund (minus 15% design fee).No refunds will be accepted after the production has startedExceptions will be handled:Quality problem/wrong goods: bear the return shipping cost to make the same model again.Unilateral cancellation by the customer: Deduction of the full amoun.

4.Customer Confirmation ObligationOrder means you confirm:Have carefully checked the design, size data (we provide size guide and finger ring tool)Understand the reasonable craftsmanship deviations that may exist in custom-made products due to colour differences in monitors, hand-polished marks, etc.Accept the ‘non-returnable’ clause, and will not dispute the ‘subjective aesthetic inconsistency’.

5. Exemption of LiabilityLosses caused by wrong information provided by the customer (e.g. size, engraved content) shall be borne by the customer.Orders without quality feedback within 48 hours will be considered as accepted.
