Global Free Shipping Policy
Applicable to: Climb&Crown official website global orders

1. Free Shipping Coverage
Applicable area:
Delivered to 200+ countries/regions in the world (see [Delivery Country Search Page] for detailed list).
The following areas are not included:
Countries subject to international sanctions (such as Iran, North Korea, Syria, etc.)
Remote islands (e.g. Greenland, Easter Island) and military controlled areas.
Countries that cannot be cleared due to customs policy restrictions
Applicable goods:
All standard products on the official website

2.Exceptions
Address error:
The package is returned due to the customer filling in the wrong address, and shipping fee is required to resend the package.
Force Majeure:
Natural disasters, epidemics, wars and other causes of logistics disruption, free shipping commitment is automatically suspended.

3.Modification and Interpretation of Terms
We reserve the right to adjust the scope of free shipping countries/products at any time without prior notice.
Climb&Crown reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

All Climb&Crown items are made-to-order.Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transportation Time

Express shipping time (Fedex/DHL): 6-8 business days.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you have left an incorrect shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours .
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. We will not be able to redirect to another shipping address after the package has been processed and shipped.

We try our best to make sure you don't have to pay additional import or customs taxes/duties but sometimes it is out of our control.

If you are charged additional taxes/duties, you are responsible for payment. Unfortunately, Buddha Stones is unable to advise what taxes/duties charges may be applied to international shipments. We are not responsible for any taxes/duties applied to your package.

For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected charges at your end.

Error message

• Please make sure you have inputted the correct details.
• If all details are correct, pls contact your bank to ensure there are no problems with the card.
• If the above is no problem, please contact us to submit details and we will investigate further.

To help us solve the issue for you, please include as many of the following details as possible.

• What operating system do you use (e.g. iOS, Android, Windows Vista, Mac OS X)
• What Internet Browser you are using (e.g. Internet Explorer 8, Firefox, Safari, Chrome)
• What payment method you were trying (e.g. PayPal, Visa)
• A description of the problem and what time the problem occurred
• If you get an error message, please include it in your message to us

Payment DeclinedIf your credit or debit card was declined, please check the following:

• Card expiry date
• If your card billing address is different from the billing address you informed on checkout.
• If the above doesn't help, your Credit Card Company or bank will have more information. If using PayPal, please contact PayPal directly if your payment has been declined.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the relevant information. After that, you can track the status of your shipment by clicking on: Track My Order.

Customised Rings No-Return Policy

1.No-Return Policy
Due to the uniqueness and personalised nature of customised rings, all customised orders will not be returned, exchanged or cancelled without reason, with the exception of the following ‘Exceptions’, including but not limited to:
Personalised engraving/pattern/date (e.g. name, anniversary, fingerprint, etc.)

2.Special size customisation (e.g. ring number, knuckle width adjustment)
Exclusive combination of materials/colours (e.g. rose gold + meteorite pattern, two-colour mix and match, etc.)
Exceptions and solutions
Only the following cases can apply for Free remake or repair (still not returnable for refund):

Quality issues:

Submit within 48 hours after receiving the goods HD video evidence to prove the existence:
✅ Main stone detached/cracked
✅ Broken metal welding
✅ Serious size error (≥ 1 ring size difference from the order size)
Sending the wrong item:

We mistakenly send non-customised model goods (such as stock ring), we can return and remake unconditionally.

3.Refund Policy
After payment for customised order:
If the production has not yet started, you can apply for an 85% refund (minus 15% design fee).
No refunds will be accepted after the production has started
Exceptions will be handled:
Quality problem/wrong goods: bear the return shipping cost to make the same model again.
Unilateral cancellation by the customer: Deduction of the full amoun

4.Customer Confirmation Obligation
Order means you confirm:
Have carefully checked the design, size data (we provide size guide and finger ring tool)
Understand the reasonable craftsmanship deviations that may exist in custom-made products due to colour differences in monitors, hand-polished marks, etc.
Accept the ‘non-returnable’ clause, and will not dispute the ‘subjective aesthetic inconsistency’.

5. Exemption of Liability
Losses caused by wrong information provided by the customer (e.g. size, engraved content) shall be borne by the customer.
Orders without quality feedback within 48 hours will be considered as accepted.
