1. Free Shipping Coverage
Applicable area:
Delivered to 200+ countries/regions in the world (see [Delivery Country Search Page] for detailed list).
The following areas are not included:
Countries subject to international sanctions (such as Iran, North Korea, Syria, etc.)
Remote islands (e.g. Greenland, Easter Island) and military controlled areas.
Countries that cannot be cleared due to customs policy restrictions
Applicable goods:
All standard products on the official website

2.Exceptions
Address error:
The package is returned due to the customer filling in the wrong address, and shipping fee is required to resend the package.
Force Majeure:
Natural disasters, epidemics, wars and other causes of logistics disruption, free shipping commitment is automatically suspended.

3.Modification and Interpretation of Terms
We reserve the right to adjust the scope of free shipping countries/products at any time without prior notice.
Climb&Crown reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

How long will it take to get my package?

All Climb&Crown items are made-to-order.Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transportation Time

Express shipping time (Fedex/DHL): 6-8 business days.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If you have left an incorrect shipping address or contact information, please contact our customer service within 2 hours .
Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. We will not be able to redirect to another shipping address after the package has been processed and shipped.

Payment Information

What methods of payment do you accept?

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express but also by Paypal, Discover , JCB, Diners Club, RuPay, Maestro, Hypercard, Trustly, and 29 more. We do not accept bank checks, wire transfers or cash on receipt.

Do I have to pay import taxes/duties on an international order?

We try our best to make sure you don't have to pay additional import or customs taxes/duties but sometimes it is out of our control.

If you are charged additional taxes/duties, you are responsible for payment. Unfortunately, Climb&Crown is unable to advise what taxes/duties charges may be applied to international shipments. We are not responsible for any taxes/duties applied to your package.

For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected charges at your end.

Please make sure you have inputted the correct details.
If all details are correct, pls contact your bank to ensure there are no problems with the card.
If the above is no problem, please contact us to submit details and we will investigate further.

Payment DeclinedIf your credit or debit card was declined, please check the following:
